At Global Distributions, we are committed to delivering the best products and service possible. We understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we’ll always do our best to make things right.
📦 Returns Policy
We accept returns on most stocked items within 14 days of purchase, provided the items are:

Unused and in original, undamaged packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
If 14 days or more have passed since your purchase, we may still be able to assist — especially in cases of major product faults or warranty concerns — but refunds or exchanges are not guaranteed and are assessed case-by-case.

Special Order items are non-refundable unless faulty

Sale items are non-refundable unless a major fault exists

Consumable products (e.g. food-grade, hygiene, or single-use items) are non-returnable unless Dead On Arrival (DOA)
🔁 How to Request a Return
If you need to submit a return, please email us at support@globaldistributions.com.au with the following information:

Your full name and order reference number

The product(s) you’d like to return and why

Any steps you’ve already taken to address the issue

Your desired resolution (refund, replacement, credit)
We’ll respond within 24–48 business hours with further instructions.
🛠️ Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged in transit:

Provide photos of the product and packaging

We’ll arrange a suitable resolution — this may include a replacement or refund
Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
🔄 Change of Mind Returns
Change of mind returns are accepted at our discretion and must meet the following criteria:

Product is unused, unopened, and in original condition

Product is returned within 14 days of purchase

Return shipping is covered by the customer
Change of mind returns will not be accepted for special orders or consumables.
💰 Refund Process
If a refund is approved:

It will be processed within 48 hours

Funds will be returned via your original method of payment

Please allow extra time depending on your bank or payment provider

Customers are responsible for the cost and safe return of products unless:

The product is faulty or incorrect

A DOA warranty claim is approved
We recommend using tracked and insured postage when sending items back to us.

⚖️ Your Consumer Rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major failure and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the item fails to be of acceptable quality but does not constitute a major failure, you are entitled to have it repaired or replaced.
