1. INTRODUCTION
This website is operated by Bushmills Investments Pty Ltd, trading as Global Distributions Australasia (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or purchasing from www.globaldistributions.com.au, including our eCommerce storefront and dealer/wholesale portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the site, including retail customers, dealers, and wholesale account holders. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use this site or any of our services.

3. RETURNS & REFUNDS
We aim to provide a fair and simple return policy in line with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
A. General Return Policy
We accept returns on stocked items within 14 days of purchase, provided that:
The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
You have proof of purchase
The item is not listed under non-returnable categories
Return requests must be submitted in writing via support@globaldistributions.com.au and may require images for assessment. Items returned outside this window or in used condition will not be accepted unless they are found to be faulty.
B. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is:
Dead on Arrival (DOA)
Faulty within the warranty period
Damaged during delivery
Please contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving the item and provide:
Your full name and order number
Description of the fault or issue
Any steps taken to address the problem
Photos or video evidence
Your preferred resolution (refund, replacement, etc.)
We will assess and respond within 2 business days. You may be asked to return the item for inspection before a resolution is approved.
C. Incorrect Item Received
If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We may require return of the incorrect item (unused) before resending the correct one. Shipping costs will be covered if the error is ours.
D. Change of Mind
Returns due to change of mind are at our discretion and may only be accepted if:
The product is unused, sealed, and in original condition
The request is made within 14 days
The customer pays for return shipping
Refunds for change-of-mind returns may be issued as store credit.
E. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or DOA:
Food-grade or consumable items (e.g. ICE caffeine pouches)
Special Orders or items not typically held in stock
Final sale or clearance items
Used items (unless faulty under ACL)
Consumable items are covered by a 24-hour DOA-only warranty and cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene and safety regulations.

F. Return Shipping Responsibility
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is deemed faulty
We recommend using tracked shipping for returns
We are not liable for items lost in transit
Approved refunds do not include shipping charges unless required under ACL
4. WARRANTY & CONSUMER GUARANTEES
All goods sold by Global Distributions come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to:
A replacement or refund for a major failure
Repair or replacement for minor faults
Compensation for any reasonably foreseeable damage caused by failure
Warranty periods and terms may vary per item. For products older than three months, the manufacturer’s warranty may apply. Contact support@globaldistributions.com.au for assistance.
5. DEALER & WHOLESALE ACCOUNT TERMS
By registering as a dealer or wholesale client, you agree to the following:
You must not share dealer login credentials or pricing
You agree not to resell in restricted territories/platforms (if applicable)
All dealer orders are subject to internal approval
MOQ (minimum order quantity) may apply
Payment terms must be adhered to (unless alternate agreement exists)
Dealer accounts can be suspended or terminated for breach of terms
6. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & PAYMENT TERMS
We reserve the right to:
Cancel or refuse orders at our discretion
Limit quantities on orders
Cancel dealer/wholesale orders if pricing, terms, or inventory issues arise
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
Payments may be made by:
Credit/Debit Card (via Stripe or PayPal)
Bank transfer (manual payment reference required)
Dealer terms (if approved)
7. SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping times and costs are displayed during checkout. Once dispatched, tracking information will be provided.
We use reliable carriers including StarShipIT and Australia Post
Delivery times are estimates only
We are not liable for delays due to third-party couriers
Large dealer orders may be shipped on pallets or via freight
8. LIABILITY & INDEMNITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
Loss of profits or indirect damages
Improper use or modification of goods
Delays in shipping or unavailability of stock
You agree to indemnify Bushmills Investments Pty Ltd against any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the website.
9. THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS
We use third-party services for:
Payment (Stripe, PayPal)
Shipping logistics (StarShipIT, Sendle, Australia Post)
Portal access and user management
By transacting with us, you agree to their respective terms and policies.
10. JURISDICTION & GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
